Fun customizing Breyer Unicorn

I just recently started customizing Breyer horses. I've been collecting for years, I started reading up on what materials I would need to begin just a week ago. Now I've customized 2 finished pieces and I'm working on three more. I just wanted to share how I did it, and how it turned out.

I ordered Apoxie Sculpt, which is a two part modeling compound, as the container says. It comes in two little jars, then you mix equal parts. It works a lot like Sculpey, though instead of needing to bake it, it air drys.
I decided to turn the 'Family Arabian Stallion' into a unicorn. After I sanded all his seams I started sculpting. For the horn I used wire inside to help it keep the shape, then I twisted the clay on the wire to give it that curl/curve. I then added a new mane, feathering on his feet, a beard, and forelock. After all that set, I started painting him. That was the fun part!
I painted him with acrylics, I added to the paints Iridescent Medium. It gave him a glittery under tone. He really sparkles. I then added glitter to his hooves, and horn.
